Wish it was like the pic October 4, 2008

I bought this mask based on the great looking image. When I got it, it didn't really look like what I had imagined. There are little indentations that are supposed to be a guideline for the edges of the painted area. It looked like a child had painted the mask because it went over the lines a lot making it look very sloppy. The mask is way too big and the material it was made out of is fairly thick but doesn't hold the form like the image implies. I was very disappointed in the quality of this mask.
I called the company up to see if I could get it replaced with a better one and the employee looked and said they were all like that. He offered me a refund if I wanted but I declined since it was an easy solution for Halloween.
Summary: Mask quality sucked Costume Alibi's customer service was good.
