5 out of 5 stars Practical and Beautiful   January 7, 2009
R. Tiedt (Potterville MI)
I purchased this crib for my upcoming first grandchild on his parent's recommendation. It arrived promptly and in perfect shape. It was easy to assemble. The crib can be converted into a youth bed with shorter sides and then later into a twin size bed, so it can be used for years with just the addition of a couple rails (sold separately) and the twin mattress and box springs.

5 out of 5 stars Exactly what I wanted   January 6, 2009
New Mom 2009
After reading numerous reviews about many different cribs, I was skeptical about ordering a crib online. I was concerned that the crib would be damaged in shipping and I was concerned that the crib color would not be as advertised.
This crib arrived in excellent condition and is exactly as advertised. The color shown online is the color of the crib and it matched our existing nursery furniture better than I ever would have hoped.
Assembly was very easy. I am almost 6 months along and I was able to assemble this crib by myself in about an hour. The key is to lay out the parts and tools in advance and read the instructions.
We have not used the crib yet, but I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this crib to others.

First let me say that we have yet to put our baby in this crib...we are still in the getting the nursery ready for baby to come phase. Observations so far:
-Sturdy; does not feel cheap and flimsy like a lot of cribs we've seen
-Beautiful syle and color, would make a great addition to any decor
-Good size, the adjutable height mattress base will come in handy
-Will make a stylish toddler bed or day bed
-Easy to assemble (says my husband)
We don't have any complaints and would definitely recommend this crib.

5 out of 5 stars Just what I had hoped for   December 22, 2008

After much research and pouring over reviews, and even getting a subscription to consumer reports, I finally decided on this crib. I am very pleased so far. Granted, my baby isn't here yet, but I have had it set up for a while. It was easy for my husband to put together and is beautiful. It seems very very sturdy, and is just what I had wanted and hoped for. It seems like it will be very versitile and will last a long long time. The fact that the sides or front don't move were actually the final selling point on this. Per suggestion from consumer reports, they recommended static sides. It seems high enough with the mattress that it shouldn't be a problem reaching in to get the baby, and it much safer.

Extremely happy with the quality and sturdiness of the crib. Beautiful color. Bought an espresso bookcase from another vendor and it matched great! The mattress height doesn't appear too low on the highest setting which is great for my 5'9 frame. The bars on the crib are close together which eases our mind of our baby getting her head stuck. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
