We have the 2005 which has been know since 2005 as the best rocketech bat. I bought this one based on other reviews on other sites that rated this one as good as the 2005. They are right. This bat definitely has the pop of the 2005 model but has better features that are sure to make it last longer.
For some reason this bat is easier to handle then the 2005 which can turn a great batter into an awesome one but usually fair batters have a time holding it.
I watched great and fair batters easily swing this 2008 and all of hits were really good with an extra pop to them.
they are pricey but worth it.
