I bought this for my Grandson's 5th. birthday and it is a good quality, very sturdy batting tee and works great without tipping over! It has the "rubber tire" smell when you take it out of the box but this wears off and is used outside anyway so it is no big deal. I Highly recommend this product and so does my Grandson. He loves it!!

I am a reasonable person. I have never given a negative rating on the internet before and like to go to the company personally and deal with any problems that might arise. Recently my daughter requested a batting tee for her birthday and I got her one, this one. When the package arrived on the doorstep it was ripped and had a large hole in it. I opened it and inspected the tee to find that parts were missing. The package came on the last day before we were supposed to go on vacation. I called the company and was told that at 2pm the person in charge of returns was out for the day and nothing could be done. I asked if i was to give the item to a friend in the neighborhood if it could be picked up from there for the return and was told no. I am going on a 10 day vacation and my daughters birthday is the day after we get back. I explained rationally the situation only to be told that there was nothing the company could do but wait until i returned from vacation pick up the existing package which i would be responsible for re boxing despite the hole and wait for the company to receive, inspect and ship a new box. I have never heard of this before i don't intend to ever work with this company again.
