With my daughter eagerly awaiting its assembly, I started to put the big wheel together. Much to our dismay, one of the pieces was missing. After calling the phone number and being told to go to the website, I found out that we had to wait 5-7 days before we would be contacted. Rather than waiting, we returned it to the store.

We purchased this product for our son recently. Upon putting the bike together we found that it was missing a part. We tried to call the number on the instructions to have them sent to us however the company referred us to their website. At the website it then tells us to wait 5-7 days before expecting a response from them. We will bring it back to the store rather than deal with the slow, poor customer service of the toy maker.

This sure brings back Memories of the one I had 30 years ago. My two year old loves his. It was easy to put together and came with sufficient instruction necessary to assemble. I had my son's put together in 10 minutes and its seen months of hard use since with no damage or failures.
A mallet is helpful in assembling.
