I love this watch! January 8, 2009 Antonio Davidson (Atlanta,Ga USA) Stylish and rugged.Casual or dressed up,10 minutes with the handbook and it works for you. illuma-light does not last long, but a minor flaw. I am the thied guy at work with a g-shock, that number may grow to five!
Great watch! December 10, 2008 Texas Amazoner (Plano, TX United States) You can't ask for more, esp. at this price point. Watch looks great. Loaded with features. Practically a zero maintenance everyday watch. Atomic time sync works perfectly. Solar battery remains on High charge with just regular everyday use (moslty inside an office). Couple of minor complaints: - LED does not illuminate the digital windows, although this has not been a problem for me really - The lower digital window could have been used to display the day of week.
Great everyday watch! December 9, 2008 Truth Seeker (USA) Bought this watch for everyday use and the package arrived very quickly from here, thanks Amazon! The watch itself looks nice, i like this type over digital, i like the fact that one can chance different digital displays on the face, one can chance from digital display of the left hand circle from time, Day,to Month/date. The light seems to work fine. I love the battery function where the battery gets charged when one is out under the sun or any strong light source. This is my first ever Atomic watch so I can't really comment on how this watch is since i have nothing to compare to but so far it's been working great and i'm looking forward to not changing time in the future! This watch is also quiet comfortable to wear, I slept while wearing it and didn't feel a thing. Overall, this is an excellent everyday watch and you can't beat the price here!
I LOVE THIS WATCH!!!!!! November 19, 2008 Leslie (Chicago) This is a fantastic watch...The second i took it out the box i was amazed. The light hit it and the atomic timekeeping began without me doing anything. I definitely would recommend this watch to anyone and everyone. I constantly receive compliments on this watch at work. i purchased this watch because i needed a durable watch out in the field (paramedic field). I think the best thing about this watch is the atomic timekeeping. I left state for the weekend and all i had to do was change states and it automatically adjusted according to that time (analog remained the same but digital changed). I guess the only downfall would be the backlight which is located at the bottom of the watch. The light only illuminates the analog portion of the watch and remains on for only 2 seconds (seriously...no joke!) besides that it is a great buy.
My new G-shock solar Atomic watch November 17, 2008 William H. Snyder (Bainbridge Island, WA USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
So far this watch has performed to expectations. It synchronizes easily with the time signal at Fort Collins, CO; it is reasonably easy to operate all the functions of the watch and I am very satisfied.
