3 out of 5 stars they LOOK great   January 6, 2009
Daniel (CA)
I got these gloves so I could go out during the sunrise with my photography equipment and still be able to push the buttons. These gloves are great for that. The little underarmour logos on the palm and fingers are rubber, and do a great job of gripping. These gloves are great for activities that require a lot of dexterity (photography, texting, picking up small items). The reflective pars of the gloves come in handy at night, and they look good to boot.
BUT these gloves are horrible at keeping your hands warm. They are only slightly better than bare skin. You are better off keeping your hands in your pockets than in these gloves if your main goal is to keep them warm.

2 out of 5 stars There are just really bad in my opinion   December 20, 2008

I thought these looked like a great pair of gloves on the website and I exitedly ordered them. But when I received them my first impression was that they looked ridiculous. The glossy grippy "studs" on the inside of the glove are so tacky looking.

But the worst part by far is that they're just NOT WARM. I know, they're thin so what do I expect, but they didn't seem to do a damned thing. Especially if it's windy, it's like you're not even wearing them. I just returned them because they were worthless to me.

4 out of 5 stars Under Armour Cold Gear Fleece Glove   November 8, 2008

The quality of the glove is top notch. It has nice a nice grippy surface on the bottom part and soft fleece on top. They're super comfortable and breathe nicely. For me, they're not warm enough once the temp drops into the 30's (Fahrenheit) or Zero Celsius. For those super cold mornings, I use my Seal Skinz gloves.

4 out of 5 stars Nice fit, but not overly warm   September 16, 2008

These are a great fitting glove, perfect for driving, skiing, or outdoor activities, but I did not find them to be any warmer than your standard neoprene or fleece glove, esp for cycle riding in cold weather. They are a nice looking glove and the relective trim is great, as is the grip textured palm. Overall, a good glove if your hands don't get overly cold or if you want light weight coverage.

I bought these gloves for my friend who runs (all through winter) and works in a climbing gym where it gets quite cold. He uses the pockets in the gloves to store gel packs while running and loves the dexterity and grippy feel of the gloves for work. Great job, Under Armour!
