I bought this for my granddaughter who lives 3000 miles away. Unfortunately the image looked like the tutu was attached to the leotard, but it was just the tutu. The price seemed high enough to be one piece. Can buy a similar unattached tutu at a hobby store selling costumes. My daughter ended up having to shop in her area for it. Disappointing. Did not seem like a present from me. I returned it.
