We tried strapless flip flops on my son and they were a no go. But he has no problem keeping these on his feet.
He does get the area between his big toe and second toe very irritated. But that is just a function of him not wearing flip flops much to this point.

My daughter suffers from a mild case of Epidermolysis Bullosa which causes the skin on her feet and hands to blister, these are soft and don't irrate her feet, well worth the money an super cute. I had to shorten up the back strap a little but once I did that they are pretty much perfect. She wears a size 8/9 in regular crocs and all the reviews said they run big, I ordered the smaller size but they were too small and so I got the 8/9.

I bought these for my toddler daughter after trying several pairs of flipflops with the strap on the back. These are the easiest to keep on and for her to walk in. Also, the thong strap stays in the right place between her toes instead of slipping around between the other toes! They are really cute and very sturdy.

My little guy wears Nike size 9 so I ordered these sandals in size 8-9. They were WAY too big, more like a 10-11. He wears the croclings in size 8-9 and they are just right. These are manufactured in 5 different factories and it is noted that sizes may vary, however I would still recommend ordering a size smaller in the athens kids sandal. Otherwise we are very happy with these. Cute, comfy, don't fall off when you have the right size, easy to care for, no problem walking in them.
