A decent basic brief, but the material is a bit thin... August 22, 2008
This is a decent basic girls' brief. It is all-cotton, I like the fact that this pack is all white and I don't have to wonder if I'm going to get some horrendous designs, and the construction appears fine. These are made in Honduras, for those that like to know where their products are made.
The only detractor for me is that the cotton is so thin on the main part of the brief. The Hanes underwear that I had previously purchased for my pre-schooler has cotton that is a bit more substantial. Still, the Fruit of the Loom briefs are perfectly adequate and a good value.
My pre-schooler is approximately in the 50th percentile of weight and height for 4-year-old females, and I ordered a size 6 for her. They fit comfortably and leave a margin of safety for shrinkage due to laundering.
