I bought these boots for my 8 yr old daughter. First let me tell you this is a great price on these boots. they are extremely well made and warm. they are not water proof, just use water wick or another leather conditioner and you will have no problems. they run like regular Primigi sizes hence room to grow. and they are made in Europe not China which is refreshing.
